How to boost the prestige and value of your event to the audience? Having a recognized expert in a particular industry is a fundamental step to increase the chances of a successful event. My decades-long presence in this role reinforces my conviction that it is important for an audience to receive information in a field of interest to them from an expert in their field. Particularly from practitioner specialists, whom I invite to my authoritative events, raising their profile to the maximum.
Being an authority in the areas of beauty, fashion and business development, I have received many awards, including Leader by Appointment and Charismatic Woman. My profile was also featured in the encyclopedia of business personalities in Poland. I am a guest on TV programs such as Dzień Dobry TVN, Pytanie na śniadanie, and I also provide expert opinion in magazines such as Cosmopolitan and Twój Styl. Appearances in Poland are of equal value to me as representing the country abroad.
As the only Polish woman, I sit on the jury of the world’s largest hairdressing competition in Japan, which is such a great honor that it caught the attention of the Polish Embassy and initiated many positive changes in the education and development of compatriots in the cherry blossom country, which I also initiated.


Explore my other side
The ability to take a holistic view of the stylist’s artistry, as well as countless industry achievements or winning second place at the aforementioned Japan Danks Contest, entered in the Guinness Book of Records, put me in a position of authority at international competitions.
So far, I have also realized this by appearing on juries at the invitation of beauty brands: Wella or Schwarzkopf Professional. It makes me delighted when my knowledge presented in the form of constructive feedback allows people to grow and gain new insights into their own achievements.
I also believe that sharing individual insights, in my case the combination of management, aesthetic and creative knowledge, allows each participant to see new perspectives. It is also a great opportunity to share experiences, to build new realities.
Many Years of Experience
As for me, one of the fruits of the events to which I am invited, for example, as a juror of competitions, is a long-standing friendship with Japanese tycoon Naoki Yoshihara, owner of more than a few hundred ASH hair salons, which has become a glue for projects connecting cultures. The other long-term effect of my role as Schwarzkopf’s global brand ambassador is the opportunity to promote artistic solutions to a wide audience.
In addition to the promotion of art, I am also closely involved in organizing and publicizing projects that support the needy and foundations. One of such events in which I participated was the auction of portraits of people featured in the calendar: “Businesswoman & life” and the book ” Entrepreneurship is a woman” for the benefit of Ewa Blaszczyk’s Budzik Clinic.
The philanthropy is one of the activities that has accompanied me in life since I can remember, and it is only a pleasure to be among the distinguished figures for a noble cause. It is not without reason that I welcomed the idea of the Director of Trendy Hair Fashion Academy, Mateusz Grzywa, that we should help children from orphanages this time. Thus was born THF Hero, an “I wear I share” campaign, joined by good-hearted people and promoted to this day by well-known and well-liked faces wearing individually designed T-shirts. The profits from sales allow us to buy needed and helpful products for development.
