How do you want to live? On your own terms, without any limiting beliefs? Does that sound like a dream or a plan? For me – as a plan to be implemented. Step by step, with motivation worthy of a life full of passion, that is, a better life. However, I also know what it means to confront limitations and blockages.
Already as a teenager, I experienced that most of my plans were impossible to implement in the school system or in the system in the 1980s in Poland, but I found a way to do it too! Owning a private hair salon in those years, even for my mother, a hairdresser with decades of experience, was an unrealistic dream, because there was only a state business. So how did I make it happen?
My story
And how did I manage to make the move and do my apprenticeship in New York at a time when a flight to the United States seemed almost like a flight to the moon? How did we build a franchise network at a time when there weren’t even any regulations in this area or other examples in the country? Similarly, as we do in real life, we encounter many “obstacles” in business, which I regarded as a challenge to creativity and cleverness, but most of all as a test of whether I really wanted to accomplish what I had set for myself.
Being a boss and at the same time a working mom, wife and friend – is it compatible? I was and am also on this path, which can be very demanding at times, and then it is worth having a good plan and support.
My entire career, including where I am today, was not handed to me. My career path has not been easy and has required me to be extremely determined and consistent. I can’t even count how many times I beat myself up with the thought: “There is no way there, don’t go in that direction”, “It’s too difficult, are you sure you can do it?”. There were such and similar doubts.
However, only a tireless struggle, both mental and literal, against obstacles on the way to new projects allowed me to be where I am. Constant work on motivation and not giving up during the implementation of plans – this is the place I call besides numerous titles: success.

Today they are salon owners, creatives, artists, artisans of prestigious places or personal brands.
I know how to find passion and motivation in another person. By asking the right questions, looking at predispositions, beliefs, is something that comes naturally to me, and I know that with these skills I bring out the most beautiful in people. However, that’s not all!
I know very well that knowledge is one thing, and putting it into practice is another. By working on the right attitude and building a step-by-step strategy for action, I get some spectacular results, and I know this from my charges, both those you associate with the media world and those who pursue their passions without media glitz.
What makes me stand out is the creativity in my efforts. Ewa Chodakowska is a person whose profile I probably don’t need to present to you in Poland, but I decided to introduce her in Asia. How? If to introduce someone of such format with the intention of inspiring movement and health, I thought, at the world’s largest hairdressing competition in Japan. And it happened! Multitudinous audiences with government personalities in attendance! That sparked a series of subsequent spectacular events and resulted in acquaintances among people of relevant influence on many continents. Nothing is impossible for me, and what about you?
