If you wonder why certain teams accelerate the company’s growth, while others make the company stagnate and over time generate losses, it’s my belief that it’s influenced by a task-oriented mindset.

Creating the right motivation is part of the mental training that affects the success of individuals, and ultimately the brand. This is something I evaluate from the position of a professional who has several decades of experience in creating motivational solutions for employees and is the owner of the largest hairdressing franchise chain in Poland, Trendy Hair Fashion.

I remember the first time I spoke in front of a group of hairdressers in my salon being an educator. As early as the 1990s, I received an award from the Mayor of Bielsko-Biala for the largest number of students being educated in the region being the youngest educator.

Nowadays, there are hundreds of hairdressers, celebrities from the world of media or business, e.g. at the Hair Revolution ceremony of the author’s Trendy Hair Fashion competition. Appearing at international events as a speaker and educator is my passion, which has already helped thousands of people develop professionally.

A great number of them today are designers, owners of hair salons on several continents, run fashion/beauty businesses or work in prestigious places.

Regardless of whether I appear on television programs, female panel discussions in front of international audiences or for globally recognized companies such as Schwarzkopf Professional, for instance, I am always motivated by one idea: to inspire the listener to make positive changes.

The multiple projects in which I have been invited as a motivational speaker I welcome with undisguised joy due to the fact that, as a person who regularly overcomes obstacles, I believe that it is the modeling of attitudes towards them that determines the further effect of our actions.

Observing the development of the audience of my content, listening to the success stories that have sparked my experiences is a great satisfaction for me.
